In Vietnam, rice business mainly conducted under the process of rice procurement from trader clues in order to process, pack and sell in the market, so this leads to the quality of grains are not uniform and the product supply may not stable. Rice Thom RVT, produced from the Aromatic Rice Variety RVT, is frequently improved for quality, aroma, softness and white-transperancy of the grain. With the long, small, transparent and less water-absorbing ideal standard grain, the cooked rice Thom RVT still retains high nutrient content, rich vitamins, light aromatic decanted naturally from rare aromatic gene sources of Vietnam famous native rice specility through the breeding process by traditional methods (do not use GMO technology).
